BOC Edwards-CME have been
producing Wet Process Benches
and Semiconductor Process
Equipment for in excess of 30 years. This wealth of experience has enabled
us to provide custom manufactured Wet
Etch Process Equipment to meet the ever changing needs of our customers.
The needs of our customers throughout this time period have led us to develop
a range of Chemical Process
Equipment from Manual Wet Process
Benches through to Semi
Automated Wet Process Benches and even further on to Fully Automated Wet
Process Benches.
To accompany our range
of Wet Process Benches we can also manufacture Cleaning
Stations in both manual and automated derivatives, and to provide chemical
supply to ours and others equipment we can produce custom designed Chemical
Dosing Modules. These Chemical Dosing Modules provide a safe means of
supplying chemical to process tools and lowers the risk of dangerous Chemical
Spillage. We can Supply our Wet Process Benches, Chemical Dosing Modules and
most of our Chemical Process Equipment in a range of materials ranging from
Polypropylene or FM4910 compliant Plastics through to Stainless Steel for
Solvent Applications.
