The Semi Automated Wet Process Benches design is most commonly used with our Lo-Ex range of benches to provide Semi Automated Wet Process Benches capable of being used as manual benches; this makes the Semi Automated Wet Process Benches an attractive option for research style Fabs where several scenarios for a process may be tried.
The
Semi Automated Wet Process Benches can also be utilised to provide mechanical
agitation within the process bath or rinse bath to aid the etching or rinsing
of the product. The Semi Automated Wet Process Benches can be custom designed
to accept a wide range of Silicon Wafer, Glass Plate or other product receptacles
and custom sized carriers.
