BOC Edwards - CME has produced many custom cleaning stations for various applications throughout the semiconductor and optical industries. Our most common cleaning stations in our install base are quartz cleaning stations in both their Automated and manual guises, although as per all of our product range, our cleaning stations can be fully custom designed to meet the customer's requirements.

range of Glass Plate, Quartz-ware or other products and receptacles, and also
custom sized carriers which BOC Edwards - CME can design and manufacture to
meet our customers needs.
BOC Edwards - CME can manufacture our cleaning stations from many materials including Corzan and other Factory Mutual approved (FM4910) materials.
BOC Edwards-CME's range of cleaning stations can be manufactured to contain ultrasonic cleaning baths to allow for higher levels of particle removal from the piece/ pieces requiring cleaning.
