LoEx Wet Process Bench

CME designs and manufactures Wet Process Benches for use in vertical flow clean rooms, incorporating specific features that minimise contamination. The LoEx benches are designed using computer modelling of airflow patterns through the cross-sectional profile. This creates efficient airflow through the work area eliminating vortices or stagnant regions, avoiding the collection of airborne particulate generated by the operator during normal use.

Wet chemical processing systems are designed for Class 1/10 clean room use, incorporating innovative design features, developed and manufactured for proven performance.

Design allows up to 40% reduction on fume extract volumes
Fire retardant materials/ anti-static stress relieved polypropylene/ FM approved 4910 materials
Unit stands in Class 1/10 VLF rooms or under standard clean air canopies
Rear wall extract with adjustable control to allow "fine tuning" in specific areas
Sunken worktop modules with high velocity lip extract ensures removal of process chemical fumes. ( Bench front lip extract as standard)

Profiled visor deflects air stream and creates low turbulence air curtain
Stainless Steel solvent units can be fitted with FM approved fire suppression systems
Visual indicators at face level are sealed from the environment
"Stand alone" or "through the wall" positioning
All manual controls sited below clear profiled PVC covers
Acid and solvent resistant process controls
All functional tests and certification are carried out in our clean room
