Fume Extract Work Station (FEWS) - Parts Cleaning Station

The Parts Cleaning Stations are ergonomically designed for the safe cleaning of quartz and ancillary parts used in the manufacturing process of semiconductor slices. The units are constructed for the safe containment of acids and solvents used when the various parts are cleaned. The units ensure the containment of any fumes generated are removed from the working area by the extract system.

  • Individual sizes of FEWS can range from 1000mm to 3000mm width
  • Baths and fitments are provided to suit chemical jigs and temperatures
  • Bench materials include; polypropylene, FM approved 4910 materials, stainless steel and PVC

  • Sunken worktop modules with high velocity lip extract ensures removal of chemical fumes (bench front lip extraction as standard)
  • Operator controls situated at hip height
  • Unit may be designed to be "Chem Ready" ie fed by bulk chemical system
  • Optional direct air supply may be readily incorporated
