CME will design, build and install customer specific Automated Tube Cleaning Benches. The units are ergonomically designed for ease of operation. Units are fitted with graphical Human Machine Interface (HMI) to give the operator visual real-time machine and process status and flexibility to chose process recipes.

The cleaning process can be configured by the operator to use the chemical stored in the base of the unit. The chemicals are recirculated and filtered to ensure maximium chemical useful life and system flexibility. DI water rinsing between steps and N2 drying at the end of the cleaning cycles are steps within the recipes that can be configured.
